Things people ask before they call

Is it too early to talk if I'm not selling for a year or more?

That's actually the best time. A year out, we can plan improvements that pay back and skip the last-minute scramble. My guide on when to sell in Katy covers the calendar; the conversation is free and there's no commitment.

What does it cost to work with you as a buyer?

In many transactions the seller or builder offers compensation for the buyer's agent; where they don't, we discuss exactly what my representation costs before you commit to anything. Exact numbers in writing, in our first conversation. No surprises at the closing table.

Do you only work in Katy?

Katy is home base, but I work throughout Fulshear, Cypress, Spring, Richmond, and the greater Houston area. If your move takes you beyond that, I'll say so honestly and connect you with the right agent from my network.

What if I list with you and it isn't working out?

Then we talk, straight, the way we started. The listing agreement is a written contract with a defined term, and we go over every line of it before you sign, including how it ends. I would rather part ways cleanly than hold anyone hostage to a signature, and you will never be pressured to renew. My clients stay because it's working, not because they're stuck.

What makes you different from other agents?

I'll tell you the truth even when it costs me. If your home won't fetch the number you have in mind, or a house you love has a problem, you'll hear it from me first. Clients stay with me because they never have to wonder what I'm not saying.
